Corona Virus brought us to a better practice life. Life is about practice and management. We learn from the things that we didn't know and become expert.

During Movement Control Order or better known as Lock down, people around the world was trying to adapt the current situation, where we are not able to go outside, less of communication and half of workers are free from work. Staying at home make us realized there are so many beneficial activities we can do. Such as, spending your quality time with the families, catch up on a book to engage your reading skills like how you was child, learn or enhance a skills. It doesn't have to be cooking, it can be anything from gardening or painting. This is the right time to develop a new hobby.
Health is important, but remember not to go outside for a jog, or else your face is going to be in tomorrow's newspaper! Haha. For breaking the Movement Control Order. However, to keep ourselves healthy and productive we can do workout from home. For those are out of knowledge about the workout ideas, make a quick search on Google or Youtube to get some feasible workout ideas which you can do at home while fulfilling the extra time in your days.
